In order to have new staff know about our company, Weihai Printing Machinery organised a training session for 25 new employees from engineering, administrative, sales departments etc. Presentation were made on GSC group structure, group business, personnel system, financial system, salary and welfare etc.
Orientation training is an important channel for new employees to know about the company on basic operating process, development history, enterprise culture, current situation and specialty knowledge etc. Human resource department improves and optimises training sessions constantly in providing better training program and support to help increase employees competence to meet professional requirements.
